Scope & Applicability
This Enterprise Privacy Policy outlines the standards, operational protocols, and governance frameworks by which STHITIDV SOLUTIONS ("STHITIDV", "we", "us", or "our") collects, processes, protects, and disposes of personal data and enterprise information across our global digital properties, client portals, cloud services, and proprietary AI platforms.
This policy applies to enterprise representatives, prospective partners, event participants, website visitors, and users of our client demonstration environments and Model Context Protocol (MCP) toolchains.
Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data strictly necessary to fulfill enterprise consulting engagements, secure our infrastructure, and deliver specialized architectural solutions:
- Direct Enterprise Inquiries: Contact information provided through advisory request forms, RFP submissions, and meeting bookings (including executive name, corporate email, phone number, company name, industry, and technical engagement scope).
- Technical Session Metadata: Server logs, anonymous telemetry, browser user agent, IP address (hashed for geographic analytics), and protocol session timings to protect against distributed attacks and verify service health.
- Recruitment Data: Resumes, employment histories, and certifications submitted voluntarily through our careers portal.
Enterprise Zero-Data Retention (ZDR) for AI Workloads
STHITIDV is recognized for pioneering sovereign, zero-retention enterprise artificial intelligence. When clients leverage our cognitive middleware, Agentic ERP pipelines, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations:
Strict Zero-Data Retention Guarantees
Client payloads, ERP records, supply chain tables, and conversational prompts processed through our enterprise LLM enclaves are ephemeral. They are held in transient encrypted memory solely for inference duration and wiped upon response transmission. Client data is never stored on persistent disk, never logged in plaintext, and never utilized to train or fine-tune public foundation models.
How We Use Information
Data collected by STHITIDV is deployed exclusively for legitimate commercial, operational, and architectural purposes:
- Fulfilling advisory inquiries, RFP assessments, and scheduling 15-minute architectural consultations.
- Provisioning enterprise sandboxes, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and ERP migration readiness audits.
- Securing our platforms against unauthorized access, malicious payload injections, and DDoS vectors.
- Complying with statutory audits, export control regulations, and contractual Master Services Agreements.
Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), we process data under the following lawful bases:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to negotiate, execute, or deliver enterprise Statement of Work commitments.
- Legitimate Interests: Securing our networks, preventing fraud, and delivering tailored enterprise thought leadership to verified corporate clients.
- Explicit Consent: Provided when opting into executive research briefings, webinar registrations, or cookie preferences.
- Statutory Compliance: Compliance with financial records laws and government regulatory inquiries.
Disclosure, Subprocessors & Third Parties
We never sell, rent, or monetize client or user personal information. Data is shared strictly with audited, SOC 2 Type II-certified infrastructure partners bound by rigorous Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):
- Enterprise Cloud Hosting (AWS GovCloud / Azure Dedicated Virtual Private Clouds).
- Identity & Access Management (Zero-Trust Single Sign-On and multi-factor enclaves).
- Statutory Authorities: Only when compelled by valid, non-appealable judicial subpoenas.
Cross-Border Data Transfers & Sovereign Enclaves
STHITIDV maintains global operations with primary infrastructure hubs across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. For cross-border data transfers, we implement:
- European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
- Regional Data Residency: European, GCC, and North American clients can request complete in-region data residency to comply with national sovereignty mandates.
Data Retention & Cryptographic Disposal
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the business purposes for which it was gathered. General inquiry logs are held for 12 months. Contractual records are preserved for 7 years to meet tax and audit standards.
Upon expiration of retention periods or client request, records are sanitized using NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 cryptographic erasure standards.
